Built for existing equipment
A useful maintenance plan begins with a real equipment inventory, current operating concerns and the service history available at the property.
Create the working inventory
List each visible stage, note brand and model labels where available, capture photos and identify the equipment room. Include softeners, carbon vessels, RO/DI equipment, UV or multi-stage assemblies only when they are actually present.
Use service history to identify gaps
Past tickets, media or cartridge changes, water reports, pressure notes and known operating changes give the assessment conversation context. Missing records are useful to note too.
Plan around the property
Access, operating windows, the responsible contact and the practical impact of downtime all shape an appropriate conversation about maintenance. Scope and availability are determined for the actual facility.
